WHAT’S PMI-ACP®?

PMI ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification training is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement Agile methodologies in their projects.

CERTIFICATION

PMI ACP certification training is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement Agile practices in their projects. By the end of the training, participants will be able to apply Agile principles and values, implement various Agile methodologies and frameworks, manage Agile projects, measure Agile performance, and facilitate Agile team performance.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Here are some of the key learning outcomes of the PMI ACP certification training:

1. Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and values: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Agile Manifesto, Agile principles, and values, including how to apply them in their projects.
2. Ability to apply various Agile methodologies: Participants will learn about various Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and Crystal, and how to apply them in their projects.
3. Knowledge of Agile frameworks: Participants will learn about Agile frameworks, including SAFe, Disciplined Agile, and Lean Agile, and how to apply them in their projects.
4. Ability to implement Agile practices: Participants will learn how to implement Agile practices, including backlog management, iteration planning, continuous integration, and delivery.
