COURSE DESCRIPTION

Certified ScrumMaster, offered by Scrum Alliance  which is a popular certification in the field of Agile project management. The ScrumMaster is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team follows the Scrum framework and facilitates the team’s productivity and success.

CERTIFICATION

To become a Certified ScrumMaster, you need to attend a CSM certification training course and pass the certification exam.

1. Register for a CSM Training Course from PMF Education. The course is usually a two-day workshop that covers the principles of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and the role and responsibilities of a ScrumMaster. The training is conducted by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
